Whole30 Results

Here's all you really care about: the results.

I started at 249.4 pounds.  Today, when I weighed in, I weighed 229 pounds.

And, without further ado, here are the photos of my progression:

I noticed several things in these pics:

A) I can tell that I've lost some when I look at my face (my second chin is smaller), and my belly (my lower belly is less pronounced).
B) Taylor and Kelsey need to get on the same page when it comes to taking my pics.  I have them stand on the same line, but you can see that Days 1 & 21 seem to be taken from further away.
C) The first photo from Day 31 looks like my boob is jumping out of my bra.  No bueno.

All in all, I'm happy.  Twenty pounds in one month is faster than they say is "normal," but what's normal for me may not be the norm.

And the journey continues...

Another One (Whole30) Bites the Dust

I have officially completed another Whole30.  It wasn't as easy as the first round, for some reason that I haven't been able to determine.  I struggled more.  I craved more.  It could be because, the first time I did it, I started right after a week of juicing.  That meant that anything I put into my mouth, that could be chewed, was a gem.

This is the food I ate.  I tried to take a photo of every single meal that I consumed, but I'm not sure I did.  As you can see, there was a lot of repetition
